Phase 2 of DHA was deprived of electricity by the KESC at around 1:15 a. m and it was restored at 6:31 p. m., an outage over 17 hours.
DHA is supposed to to be one of the better localities in Karachi, and is primary a rediential locality though there are commercial areas in its phases.
Most of the people living in DHA are either businessmen, executives in the better organizations or senior government employees.
