I don't think the LESCO has any generating capacity of its own. The power plants it did possess way back have been scrapped since long due to obsolescence.
LESCO gets its supplies from PEPCO, who is facing shoratges due to the suicidal power policy followed by the Musharraf regime for such a long time.
LESCO should be biased in favour of the lower and middle income groups since these people cannot afford generators.
LESCO is doing the opposite right now.
