K. E. S. C. Totally Insensitive To Customers' Difficulties.
K. E. S. C. keeps on changing the loadshedding timings for different areas in Karachi and never informs its customers that loadshedding timings for their area have been changed.
This means continuous hardship for customers.
There is NO WAY K. E. S. C. can be contacted except its 118 helpline.
Literally thousands of times K. E. S. C. has been asked via this helpline to inform customers of the change in loadshedding timings a few days before the new timings come into effect.
All K. E. S. C. would need to do is ask its PR department to send a press release to the TV Channels on which it releases its insulting and idiotic TV commercials and the TV Channels run the ticker gratis.
The K. E. S. C. says that all conversations on its 118 helpline are recorded.
It appears that no one in authority listens to these recordings.
